Air Fryer Biscoff & White Chocolate Cookie Dough Pots

Serves 2-3

You Will Need:

60g coconut oil

80g soft light brown sugar

1 medium egg

100g plain flour

Pinch of sea salt

1/2 tsp vanilla paste

1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda

100g white chocolate chips

2-3 tbsp Biscoff spread

Step By Step:

  1. To a bowl, add the melted coconut oil and sugar, beat until fully combined then add the vanilla paste and egg and beat again until fully incorporated.
  2. Add the flour, salt and bicarbonate of soda. Fold together then add the chocolate chips and fold until evenly distributed.
  3. Spoon half the mixture between 2 or 3 ramekins. Add a tbsp of Biscoff spread, followed by the remaining cookie dough. Smooth out with the back of a spoon. Place in the air fryer basket and cook at 170°c for 12 minutes, until set on the outside and gooey in the centre.
