High Protein Breakfast Bagel

Quick and easy egg and bacon breakfast bagel

Need a quick high-protein breakfast idea that will keep you fuelled for the day? Look no further than this yummy bacon and egg bagel! It's easy to make in the morning or perfect for meal prepping ahead of time. Plus, by using the SYNC mode on your air fryer, you'll have everything hot and ready at the same time—no fuss, just an easy high protein breakfast.

You will need:

1 bagel

2 slices of bacon

1 egg

Dash of oil

Step-by-step:

  1. Place bacon in the air fryer and cook for 6 minutes at 200°C.
  2. After the bacon has cooked for 4 minutes, add the bagel to the air fryer.
  3. Toast the bagel for the remaining 2 minutes at 200°C.
  4. While the bacon and bagel are cooking, heat a pan on the hob to medium temperature.
  5. Crack the egg into the pan and cook for 3 minutes until the white is set and the yolk is to your liking.
  6. Assemble the bagel and enjoy!

Top tip: Use the SYNC mode on your air fryer to ensure everything is hot and ready at the same time.
