Mini Egg Rice Krispie Treats

Made with just a handful of ingredients, these treats are bursting with chocolatey flavour and crunchy Rice Krispies, finished off with your favourite Mini Eggs.

Makes 16

You will need:

100g butter

100g mini marshmallows

100g milk chocolate

120g Rice Krispies

240g Cadbury Mini Eggs, smashed up

For the topping:

220g milk chocolate

240 Cadbury Mini Eggs, some smashed, some whole

Step-by-step:

1. Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave, halfway through add the marshmallows to melt for a short time.
2. Add the Rice Krispies and Mini Eggs into a bowl, pour in the melted chocolate mix and stir through to coat everything evenly.
3. Pour into a lined baking tin.
4. For the topping, melt the chocolate in the microwave, then pour over the top, covering the mixture right up to the edges before sprinkling over the remaining Mini Eggs.
5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, then cut into squares and enjoy!
