Mini Egg Rice Krispie Treats
Made with just a handful of ingredients, these treats are bursting with chocolatey flavour and crunchy Rice Krispies, finished off with your favourite Mini Eggs.
Makes 16
You will need:
100g butter
100g mini marshmallows
100g milk chocolate
120g Rice Krispies
240g Cadbury Mini Eggs, smashed up
For the topping:
220g milk chocolate
240 Cadbury Mini Eggs, some smashed, some whole
Step-by-step:
- Melt the butter and chocolate in the microwave, halfway through add the marshmallows to melt for a short time.
- Add the Rice Krispies and Mini Eggs into a bowl, pour in the melted chocolate mix and stir through to coat everything evenly.
- Pour into a lined baking tin.
- For the topping, melt the chocolate in the microwave, then pour over the top, covering the mixture right up to the edges before sprinkling over the remaining Mini Eggs.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours, then cut into squares and enjoy!
